What is the delivery time for my order?
The delivery time is currently 7-12 days. We hope for your understanding. To accommodate you, we are not charging any shipping costs and will cover them entirely at your expense. Update: You will usually receive your package within 10 business days.
What should I do if I haven't received my order yet?
If the above period has passed and you still have not received anything, please send an email to info@livezo.de . We'll then investigate the issue with your package, and you'll receive a response within 24-48 hours!
Still haven't received a response to your email within 24-48 hours? It's likely that we've already responded, so please check your spam folder. Our reply may have ended up there!
I would like to exchange/return my order. How do I do this?
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service at info@livezo.de. Please provide your name, the order number from the confirmation email, and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the return address and confirm the return. Once this has been done, you can return the product to us using a courier of your choice.
What are the costs for returns?
Unfortunately, returns are at your own expense. The costs depend on the courier you choose. Please check the website of the courier you wish to use for prices.
What are the conditions for returning my products?
There is always a 14-day return period. This period begins on the day you receive the item. However, there are conditions for returns. You can only return the item if:
- The return period has not yet expired
- The product is in its original packaging and all labels are still present
- The product has not yet been used
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept payments via PayPal, Klarna, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amex. If you're unsure whether your payment method is accepted, follow the steps on the payment page to see all possible options. All transactions are processed through secure and reliable payment systems and are therefore safe.

This shouldn't happen. Send an email with your full name and email address to info@livezo.de . We'll help you quickly.
Can I cancel my order? Do you want to cancel your order for any reason?
Send an email as soon as possible to info@livezo.de . Please include your name, the order number from the confirmation email, and the reason why you wish to cancel the order.
