All prices displayed on harrencole.com are denominated in United States Dollars (USD, $). Harren Cole primarily serves customers in the United States and the United Kingdom, although payment availability and final checkout options may vary by region.
Transparent pricing
The amount shown at checkout is the final order amount before you place your order, including applicable product prices, shipping costs, taxes, discounts, and any checkout adjustments shown during the purchase process.
Currency conversion & bank fees
If your payment card or account is denominated in a currency other than USD, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate and may charge a foreign transaction or currency conversion fee. These charges are outside Harren Cole's control and are the customer's responsibility.

Billing & Order Confirmation

Your payment method is charged immediately upon successful order placement.
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after purchase.
Order information can be referenced using your order confirmation number.

Payment declined?
If your payment is declined, no order will be completed and no successful charge will be captured by Harren Cole. Common reasons include insufficient funds, incorrect card information, expired payment methods, fraud-prevention blocks, or authorisation failures from your bank or payment provider.
No order confirmation received?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot locate your confirmation, contact us at info@harrencole.com with the email address used at checkout and the approximate transaction amount.
Order Verification & Fraud Prevention
Harren Cole reserves the right to review and verify orders before shipment. Orders identified as high-risk may require additional verification to protect both customers and the company from fraudulent transactions.

Chargeback policy
Customers are encouraged to contact our support team at info@harrencole.com before initiating a chargeback. Most concerns can be resolved directly through customer support, including refunds, replacements, or order investigations.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting Harren Cole may delay resolution. Where required, Harren Cole may provide order records, payment details, fulfilment records, and carrier tracking information to the relevant payment provider or financial institution.
Refunds & Cancellations

Store credit
Instant
Store credit may be issued immediately once approved and may be used toward future purchases on harrencole.com.
Original payment method
5–10 business days
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank and payment provider and may take 5–10 business days after refund approval.
Order cancellation
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Once an order has entered the fulfilment or shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible. Contact us as soon as possible at info@harrencole.com if you wish to cancel an order.
No Subscription Billing
Harren Cole does not currently offer subscription-based products or recurring billing services. All purchases on harrencole.com are one-time transactions unless explicitly stated otherwise on a product page. You will not be enrolled in automatic recurring billing without your express consent.
